Delivery Expectations

It would be GOOD customer service if you would communicate aap to clients as to how soon they can expect delivery of delayed products. It would be GOOD customer service to not string a client along and keep promising delivery when you know it is not possible. Also, what the heck does ETA mean. Do not use codes re deliveries without explanation of meaning.

Your customer service sucks. You refused to replace my battery and you closed my account, so this was my final order. I am switching to your competition, Veppo. Much better product, much better customer service. I have also recommended to 11 friends and family who use your product to switch to Veppo and I have provided them samples of the product. They will recommend Veppo to others they know about Magic Mist's poor customer service and battery. Anyware I can leave a comment about my experience, I will.

shipment

I ordered Wednesday it is Friday and the shipment is still just setting there not sure why it hasn't moved in 2 days. The quality of the filters is great i will order again and I have been a customer for several years.
