I really like your product but I continually have issues with the batteries. I have a drawer full that do not work
I have ordered and paid for replacements and have issues out of them after a period of time.
Please let me know what I can do to try and fix them.

We are sorry that you are experiencing issue with our batteries.
Actually, the average life of these batteries is about 3-6 months, after which their performance may become fairly sub-optimal. If you have batteries older than 6 months then they are past their lifetime and may not work well. We checked your order history and it seems that the last battery you got was about about 5 months ago. You may also have batteries older than that.
So, we request you to just dispose off any battery that is old and not working well. With newer batteries, you also will get full life from a cartridge, otherwise an old battery may not be able to power-up the cartridge fully.

I have purchased these cartridges for many years. I have tried others, but always come back to these. I like the menthol flavor and the amount of mist that you get. This company has fantastic customer service. Any problem you have is addressed at once. Would greatly recommend to anyone.

Awhile ago I had smoked for 45 years and I have tested all kinds of carts since I prefer them over juice. The oither sites will tell you that their carts are worth at least two packs of cigs and it simply is not true. They last only one day if you are lucky. The ones I get here for Vertigo cigs truly last much much longer and taste just like a real cig. Its what I needed being a 45 year smoker and now I do not smoke cigs at all. Only buy at THE MAGICMIST!! I will always buy here in fact. Saved me from buying cigs at 5 or 6 bucks a pack. Jacki Warren

Still the best Carts

I have done research on cartridges for years and this cartridge is by far the best one I have found so far. It tastes like a cigarette and that is what I am always looking for something to taste like the analogs I smoked for 40 odd years. I like these so much i even quit looking elsewhere.
