Cannot charge with Vuse screw-on charger

I have tried 3 different Vuse chargers, understanding that it can only be done via screw-on side and none of them were able to charge this. I happen to have a generic vape battery screw-on charger which turns orange when screwed on and the tip does too but it never turns green so not sure if it is fully charged.
