The first battery came apart.  The company was very diligent in replacing it.

In my last order, I received three new batteries.  One of them (new) is not working properly.  I have to draw hard for it to work.  It’s like it may be clogged. I don’t know why this happened but it was a disappointment given I had not used it and this occurred after opening the package for use.

Overall, I’m glad this company exist as a former Mistic user.  Shipment has been fast and customer service is very professional and friendly.  I will continue to order future products.
