We are really sorry to hear that Ms. Kahrs.

Since these disposable ecigs come directly from our factory, sometimes, there might be a clog or something in these ecigs and blowing them from both sides clears it up.

Here is what we would recommend:
Try rubbing these between your hands for a minute or so. Also, please try the following to see if it helps in any way:
Try taking 1 or 2 strong puffs first
Then switch the ecig around so that the LED side is near your mouth.
Put about an inch of ecig in your mouth and try blowing onto it. Give couple of strong blows (as if you are trying to fill a balloon).

Try the above couple of times and see if that makes any difference.

Let us know if it makes any difference. If not then also please mention that on your order and we will add that many disposables in your package.

These cigs are the best and easiest way to replace real cigarettes and they are priced right too. I only wish they had these with lower nicotine so I can stop all together
